CNC Programmers

 To provide full technical support to all manufacturing areas for modification, development & control of CNC Machine programs.  To identify & implement manufacturing methoding & Cutting Data improvements based on QCD Indices.  To work within an existing team of programmers meeting deadlines to support maximum ‘Overall Equipment Effectiveness’ & Product Quality conformity
Qualifications and Attributes required are:

  • HNC Mechanical/Production Engineering
  • Mastercam literate
  • Mill Turn Multi Axes Lathe programming
  • Horizontal Machining Centre Programming
  • Vericut experience useful
  • Spectrum of Materials, Component Sizes and Machining Operations
  • Ability to Prove Out
  • knowledge of “on machine” probing/measurement techniques using CMM’s
  • Extensive knowledge of cutting tool technology
  • Practical hands on experience

  

CNC Machinists

We are seeking applications from trade qualified or equivalent CNC Machinists, with a minimum of five years experience, to set and operate 3, 4, 5 axis Mill Turning Centres, Horizontal Machining Centres and  Horizontal borers. You will possess the skills required to produce high quality components in a range of materials, including Duplex Stainless Steel.

Conversant with Fanuc, Okuma and Heidenheim controls, you will be able to navigate through N.C. programs with confidence. You will also be capable of measuring components, taking remedial action and assisting with machinery maintenance.  You will be familiar with operating within a Cellular Manufacturing environment.


 

Metal Casting Trades Workers

The company produces high quality castings at two foundry operations, where we require additional skilled people.

The successful applicants will either possess a trade level qualification or a minimum of 5 years experience. Successful applicants will also be able to demonstrate a range of skills including core making, floor and line moulding with resin sand, metal pouring, fettling and other ancillary tasks. A forklift licence would be an advantage. Candidates must be available to work shifts.
